Other:  Sub-surface flow lines for new wells from wellhead to the production meter skids will be 3" steel. A combination of new 12" and 16" steel 3-phase flowline will be utilized from the skid to the F09 Central Delivery Point Station. 2" steel lines will be run from the gas lift meter skids to the wellheads.
