5/26/2010 | 1) Note surface casing setting depth change from 1100’ to 1110’. Increase cement coverage accordingly and cement to surface.
2) Provide 24 hour notice of MIRU to Jim Precup at 303-469-1902 or e-mail at james.precup@state.co.us
3) Comply with Rule 317.i and provide cement coverage from TD to a minimum of 200' above Niobrara and from 200’ below Sussex to 200’ above Sussex. Verify coverage with cement bond log.
4) Comply with Rule 321. Run and submit Directional Survey from TD to base of surface casing. Ensure that the wellbore complies with setback requirements in commission orders or rules prior to producing the well. |

3/3/2014 | Note changes to plugging procedure:
1) Submit Form 42 electronically to COGCC 48 hours prior to MIRU.
2) If unable to pull casing, contact COGCC for plugging modifications.
3) For 1840’ plug: pump plug and displace. Wait 4 hours then tag plug – must be 750’ or shallower. Adjust cement volumes accordingly.
4) Add 80 sxs casing plug from 430' to 173'.
5) Properly abandon flowlines as per Rule 1103. File electronic Form 42 once abandonment complete.
6) Please submit gyro survey data with Form 6 (s) Subsequent Report of Abandonment. |
