Engineer | Form: (06 ) 2430247 9/13/2013 | 1) Provide 24 hour notice of MIRU to Randell Johnson at 303-815-9641 or e-mail at randell.johnson@state.co.us.
2) Note changes to submitted form.
3) If casing is recovered set at least 40 sx cement at casing cut (stub plug). Wellbore diagram proposed 60 sx at casing cut (no depth was specified).
4) Tag shoe plug. If casing is not recovered perf & squeeze 80 sx at 620'. (WBD proposed 80 sx at surface casing shoe)
5) Set surface plug from 50’ minimum to surface (WBD indicates 35 sx plug from 100’ to surface)

Engineer | Form: (06 ) 400977650 2/1/2016 | Note change in plugging procedure:
1) Submit Form 42 electronically to COGCC 48 hours prior to MIRU.
2) No CBL on file. Run CBL to verify the top of primary or squeezed cement is at least 200’ over Niobrara. If it does not exist as required, provide this coverage as part of this plugging project.
3) If unable to pull casing below 5800' contact COGCC for plugging modifications.
4) Tag stub plug as this plug provides Nio isolation. If plug less than 200' add additional cement.
5) Deepen shoe plug from 620' to 670' due to deeper aquifers in vicinity (920' in WBD also acceptable). Adjust cement volumes accordingly.
6) For 670' plug: pump plug and displace, shut-in, WOC 4 hours and tag plug – must be 425’ or shallower. If shoe plug not circulated to surface then place 10-40 sx inside casing at surface. Leave at least 100' for each plug.
7) Properly abandon flowlines as per Rule 1103. File electronic Form 42 once abandonment complete.
8) Please submit existing gyro survey data with Form 6 (s) Subsequent Report of Abandonment. |
