COGCC will not require further action at this time. If any future disturbances (i.e., subsequent operations) affect interim reclamation vegetation, Operator shall reclaim all disturbances as early as practicable to meet Rule 1003 standards. Should future conditions at the site indicate poor growth that is not reflective of reference areas, then further investigation and reclamation activities may be required.
