Operator will assure that the well is either properly plugged and abandoned or a plug is placed within 100’ of the Niobrara perfs and the production casing actively monitored for any pressure during the stimulation treatment – if 200# or more of pressure is observed during stimulation, the treatment will be suspended until it can be determined that the pressure can be successfully bled off without a spill or opened to a tank and allowed to flow.

3) Report metered flaring volumes on Form 7, Operator’s Monthly Report of Operations.
4) The operator is required to obtain and maintain any required air permits from CDPHE.
5) The expectation for permanent flares controlling separators will be an enclosed combustion device with a 98% design destruction efficiency for hydrocarbons. No open flares.
6) Notify the local emergency dispatch or the local governmental designee of natural gas flaring.
