12/13/2013 | 1) Submit Form 42 electronically to COGCC 48 hours prior to MIRU.
2) If unable to pull casing, contact COGCC for plugging modifications.
3) Leave at least 100’ cement in the wellbore for each plug.
4) For 1340' plug: pump plug and displace, shut-in, WOC 4 hours and tag plug – must be 700’ or shallower.
5) Provide an “As Plugged” wellbore diagram identifying the specific plugging completed.
6) Note that the bottom on the Sussex-Shannon plug is incorrectly shown as 5070' instead of the correct 5170' on the wellbore diagram for proposed plugging.
6) Properly abandon flowlines as per Rule 1103. |
