01/13/2017 | 1) Provide 48 hour notice of plugging MIRU via electronic Form 42.
2) Properly abandon flowlines as per Rule 1103. File electronic Form 42 once abandonment complete.
3) Operator indicated the well has a gyro from July 2012 that has not been submitted to COGCC. Submit gyro survey data with Form 6 Subsequent Report of Abandonment.
4) For plug at 6800'- tag exisitng CICR prior to pumping cement or tag top of plug after cement has set up.
5) Production casing stub plug is also surface casing shoe plug, this plug must be tagged at 714’ or shallower. Leave at least 100’ of cement in the wellbore for each plug. |
