2) Properly abandon flowlines as per Rule 1103. File electronic Form 42 once abandonment complete.
3) Please submit gyro survey data with Form 6 (s) Subsequent Report of Abandonment.
4) Submit referenced CBL related to casing repair with Form 6 (s) Subsequent Report of Abandonment.
5) Surface casing shoe plug must be tagged at 622’ or shallower. Leave at least 100’ cement in the wellbore for each plug. |
