04/04/2013 | 1) Provide 24-hour notice of MIRU to Randell Johnson at (970) 520-2531.
2) Provide an “As Plugged” wellbore diagram identifying the specific plugging completed.
3) For the 2500’ plug: pump plug and displace, shut in, WOC 4 hours and tag plug. This tag is required to confirm Sussex isolation.
4) If unable to pull casing, contact COGCC for plugging modifications.
5) Properly abandon flowlines as per Rule 1103.
6) Provide the job summary for the CIBP plug at 6747' with the Form 6 SRA.
