3) Run and/or submit CBL to verify stage cement coverage stated as 673’-430’. Provide remedial cement from 870’ to existing BOC or 50’ above surface casing shoe if stage cement is not present. Verify with CBL. |

2) Properly abandon flowlines as per Rule 1103. File electronic Form 42 once abandonment complete.
3) Please submit gyro survey data with Form 6 (s) Subsequent Report of Abandonment.
4) Leave at least 100’ of cement in the wellbore for each plug.
