If the beginning pressure is greater than 25 psi, or if pressure remains at the conclusion of the test, or if any liquids were present contact COGCC Engineer for sampling requirements before pumping any cement. The Form 17 shall be submitted within 10 days of the test.
2) The additional cement must provide a cement top of 200’ above the Niobrara top and from 200' below Sussex to 200’ above Sussex. The placed cement shall be verified with a CBL and documented with a Form 5.
3) After cement work, pressure test casing to verify wellbore integrity.
4) During offset well stimulations there must be two plugs in the casing and this well will be treated as an Option 4. This well must actively be monitored during the hydraulic stimulation of offset wells within 1500’. A Form 42 shall be filed 48 hours prior to stimulation. Operator will assure that the well’s Bradenhead is open and monitored during the entire stimulation treatment – a person will monitor for any evidence of fluid, a Bradenhead test will be performed prior to the beginning of stimulation. |
