4) Submit a current WBD on a Form 4 Sundry “COMPLIANCE with CONDITION OF APPROVAL (COA)” by 02/31/23
5) Complete installation of BH monitoring system by 3/31/2023

3. Shut in bradenhead pressure shall not exceed threshold pressure.
4. Isolate casing leaks during P&A operations
