11/06/2024 | 1) Provide electronic Form 42 Notice of MIRU 2 business days ahead of operations.
2) Operator shall notify ECMC engineering staff of casing leak location and to determine cementing plan. Primary contact is Aaron Katz at 970-765-6300. Alternate ECMC contact is Curtis Haverkamp at 720-786-5560.
3) Prior to placing cement above the surface casing shoe: verify that all fluid (liquid and gas) migration has been eliminated. If evidence of fluid migration or pressure remains, contact ECMC Engineer for an update to plugging orders.
4) The placed cement shall be verified with a CBL and documented with a Form 5 within 30 days of repair operations.
5) Verify casing repair with a pressure test and document results on Form 5
