| Repair Desc: | WELL WAS SHUT IN 06/20/2023 FOR SUSPECTED TUBING FAILURE. Well work completed as follows. An attempt was made to fish out the SIE but fishing ops were called after only getting the top two packers. A casing leak was found from 4429-4461 and 3 cmt squeeze's were pumped to finally seal it off. Acid was used to breakdown the leak after the 2nd sqz didn't work. (1st sqz - 50 sxs 15.8# & 80 sks 13.4#, 2nd sqz - 20 sks 13.4#, 3rd sqz - 60 sks 15.8# & 20 sks 13.4#) |
