Other:  A new 3-phase gathering line will be constructed that will carry gas, water and oil from the NPM M33-496 pad to an existing location, the NPM M33-496 Production Pad, where new gathering, separation, and fluid storage facilities will be constructed. This new pipeline will be buried and up to 12” steel in diameter. The new gathering facility will consist of water pumps, bulk 3-phase separators, a custody transfer gas meter, a tank battery for oil/condensate storage and sales point, and produced water tanks for storage. The facility may include a generator and one or more liquid coolers. The Frac Support Pad will be 3.61 acres and will be completely reclaimed.
