Any cuttings exceeding the volume of the cuttings trench will be managed at the Starkey Gulch CWMF Cuttings Trench as outlined within the approved Form 28 (Facility ID 476647), onsite as fill for recontouring, or at an approved commercial disposal facility that is permitted and authorized to accept wastes associated with drilling. In compliance with Rule 911.a, a Site Investigation and Remediation Worksheet (Form 27) will be submitted to document final closure of the RGU 44-1-298 drill cuttings trench and to provide sampling and analysis data that supports closure of the cuttings trench. Under the Pit Design and Construction Information section, the "Calculated Working Volume" of the cuttings trench has been converted from cubic yards (10,590 cy) to barrels (~50,926 bbls). Similarly, the daily flow rate has been estimated / converted from cubic yards to barrels. Also, the "Operational Lifespan, per manufacturer's specs (years)" is a required value to complete this Form 15; however it is not applicable to an earthen pit where there are no primary or secondary liners. Therefore, a default value of 1000 years was used. It is estimated that a total of 8,370 cy of raw (unmixed) drill cuttings will be generated, calculating to a total of 16,740 cy after mixed at a 1:1 ratio. Excess cuttings will be managed as outlined with the Form 2A WMP, consisting of offsite disposal to an approved 3rd party disposal facility, management at the TEP Starkey CWMF Cuttings Trench (Facility ID 476647), or onsite utilizing for fill and recontouring if cuttings satisfy ECMC Table 915-1 thresholds.
