Well was shut down and valves were closed. Produced fluid from the well had run from the well pad area and down the lease road 200-300 feet. No fluid was recoverable. Saterated soil was scrapped off and removed. Spill was cleaned up the day it was discovered and prior to the Initial Spill Report filing as described on that report. An invoice from our contractor has been included reflecting the cleanup. As previously described the spill was contained to the lease road rut. The small amount of saterated soil was scrapped off and the road was reworked and regraded.
