The new HZ well is the T&M DE 22-039HC (05-123-43241). The Francis Steckel #1 was drilled as a dry hole (no production casing ran) to 9360 ft and abandoned on 9-20-1957 w/ a 50 sx plug from 9129-9291 and another 50 sx plug from 7813-7975. 100 sx was placed across the 9-5/8" shoe (411') from 273-654' and 25 sx was placed at surface in the 9-5/8". Top of Nio is 7158'. Proposed Re-Entry Procedure: Dig up and weld on wellhead and install 5K BOPs. Move in rig up service unit. Drill out existing cement at surface and across show. RIH to 7260' circulating. Pump 150 sx balanced plug from 6750 - 7260 ft w/ 1.15 ft3/ft Class G to cover top of Nio. WOC. Tag. POOH to 1410 ft. Pump 450 sx to surface w/ 1.15 ft3/ft Class G. WOC. Tag. Cut and cap.
