Functionally it serves as the well's reserve pit. Reclaimation will occur when casing is set or well is plugged. � Y � � Y � � Earthen Pit Report is being filed at the request of Steven Arauza of the COGCC environmental inspection unit as a result of a onsite inspection dated 3/1/2016. The drilling reserve pit at the Bird State 32-1 has been supporting the washdown workover operations performed at the well initiated 9/2010. The pit has exceeded the 3 year window granted from a Form 2A Oil and Gas Location Assessment filed with the well's APD. Significant problems with the washdown have occurred and the pit will be utilized in the final attempt to either produce or permanently abandon the well. 2589456 0 401011430 The drilling reserve pit for the Bird State 32-1 has been utilized beyond the 3 year window granted from the well's initial Oil and Gas Location Assessment Form 2A. At the request of Steven Arauza of the COGCC environmental inspections unit an Earthen Pit Report Form 15 is being filed for the reserve pit. This request came as a result of a inspection performed at the well on 3/1/2016. The pit was constructed to support washdown operations at the Bird State 32-1. A reserve pit was required for the fresh water mud system utilized on the well. Significant operational problems have occurred washing the well down and several attempts have been made to fish dropped pipe from the well. All attempts have been unsuccessful. One last attempt to correct the problems will be shortly initiated. Soon there after the well will be placed on production or permanently plugged.
