A Form 4 and Form 5 (400888130 and 400895585) was submitted reflecting the wellbore change and TA status. We have now gotten the internal approval to abandon this well. We will leave the CIBP w/ 2 sx at 6612 ft. Set CICR at 4630 ft and sqz hole in casing at 4732 ft w/ 110 sx. Perf at 1300 ft (to cover Upper Pierre) and circulate approx 325 sx cement to surface thru CICR at 1200 ft.
