This well is believed to have been plugged sometime in 1997. A Subsequent Form 6 is not in the COGCC records nor is there a copy in the files Locin Oil received from the prior operator. We have attached a copy of the approved BLM Sundry Notice of Intent which describes the plugging procedure approved by the BLM. We have also included a copy of the Bid Proposal by Rippy Sales to P&A this well and the Govenrment #2-6 (which was P&Ad according to COGCC records on 7/11/1997). The COGCC inspected the well site on 7/2/2012 Document #668400537 and noted the Final Reclamation and Abandonment had passed. Based upon the info contined in the files Locin Oil received from the prior operator it does not appear the well was ever completed. There were DST and flow tests of the Weber prior to running the casing.
