Perf @ 590', 4 SPF w/ csg guns. RD wireline, RD BOP. MIRU Basic cement services. Establish circulation w/ 2% KCL. Pumped 150 sx 60/40 Pozmix cmt w/ 2% CC. Max Presure = 250 psi. Avg Pressure = 50 psi. Avg rate = 3.0 bpm. Max rate = 3.0 bpm. ISIP = 200 psi. Cement CIRC to surface. RD Basic cementers, SWIFN. 8/13/2015 RIH w/ 3-3/4" bit, bit subs, 4 DCs, and 13 jts tbg. Tag top of Cmt @ 527' KB. RU pump and power swivel. Drill on Cmt squeeze, to 965' KB. Did not find bottom of Cmt. CIRC bottoms up, LD 1 jt tbg, SWIFN. 8/14/2015 RIH w/ 1 jt tbg, Drill out cement until 5pm. RIH w/ 35 jts tbg, 4 DC, bit sub, & bit @ 1216' KB. Did not find bottom of Cmt. CIRC bottoms up, LD 1 jt tbg, SWIFW. 8/17/2015 RD power swivel, POOH w/ 35 jts tbg, 4 DC, bit sub, & bit. Change out bit, RIH with 35 jts tbg, 4 DC, bit sub, & bit. RU power swivel. Drill out Cement until 5pm. RIH w/ 39 jts tbg, 4 DC, bit sub, & bit @ 1346' KB, did not find bottom of Cmt. CIRC bottoms up. Pressure test well to 440 psi, HELD, LD 1 jt tbg. SWIFN 8/18/2015 RIH w/ 1 jt tbg, Drill out cement until 5pm. RIH w/ 46 jts tbg, 4 DC, bit sub, & bit @ 1566' KB. Did not find bottom of Cmt. CIRC bottoms up, LD 1 jt tbg, SWIFN. 8/19/2015 RIH w/ 1 jt tbg, Drill out cement until 5pm. RIH w/ 51 jts tbg, 4 DC bit sub, & bit @ 1723' KB. Did not find bottom of Cmt. CIRC bottoms up, POOH with 51 jts tbg,4 DC, bit sub, & bit. SWIFN. 8/20/2015 RIH with new bit, bit sub, 4 DC, & 51 jts tbg. Drill out 3 jts tbg @ 1816' KB. Start to lose circulation. POOH with 54 jts tbg, 4 DC, bit sub, & bit. LD work string and production tbg. RIH with 1000' of tbg. SWI. RDMO workover rig. Will P&A well at later date. Thread was being aborted.
