Circulate sand off of RBP at 6890’ and release RBP. TOOH with RBP. 2. TIH with tubing. Circulate sand off of RBP at 7287’ and release RBP. TOOH with RBP. 3. Rig up wireline company. TIH with CIBP. Set CIBP at 7000’. TIH with dump bailer. Spot 2 sxs of 15.8#/gal Cl G cement on top of CIBP. 4. TIH with casing cutter. Cut off 4½” casing at 6230’. Pull 4½” casing. 5. PU tubing. TIH with tubing to 6280’. RU cementers. Mix and pump 50 sxs of 15.8#/gal Cl G cement at 6280’. 6. Reset tubing at 5000’. RU cementers. Mix and pump 550 sxs of 15.8#/gal Cl G cement at 5000’. 7. Reset tubing to 900’. RU cementers. Mix and pump 330 sxs of 15.8#/gal Cl G cement. Cement should circulate to surface. 8.
