Objective: Re-enter well, drill up upper cement plugs, pump balanced cement plugs and top off. Procedure: 1. Provide 24 hour notice of MIRU to Randell Johnson at 303-655-7472 or e-mail at randell.johnson@state.co.us. 2. Hold a pre-job safety meeting. Discuss all aspects of the procedure with any involved personnel. Identify and address any safety concerns before the job begins. 3. Locate P&Aed well bore. Dig up and weld on flanges. 4. MIRU pulling unit. NU BOP. 5. Drill out surface cement plug and cement plug @ 176’ and circulate down to 3000’. 6. Establish circulation at 3000’ and pump a 238 sxs, class G cement, balanced plug. 7. Pull up hole to 2000’ 8. Establish circulation at 2000’ and pump a 238 sxs, class G cement, balanced plug. 9. Pull up hole to 1000’ 10. Establish circulation at 1000’ and pump a 238 sxs, class G cement, balanced plug. 11. Pull up hole to 250’ 12. Establish circulation at 250’ and pump a 95 sxs, class G cement, balanced plug. Shut-in, WOC 4 hours and tag plug. If plug tag is deeper than 149’ top off with cement. 13. Spot 10 sxs of class G cement in the top of the surface casing. 14. ND BOP, RDMO pulling unit. 15. Cut off casing 4’ below ground level. 16. Weld on metal plate and dry hole marker. 17. Restore surface location. 18.
