When the release occurred, WPX drilling personnel, already on-site, had vac trucks dispatched to the location to recover the drilling mud inside the SPCC containment structure. The entire release was contained within the earthen SPCC containment structure. Due to the short period of time the mud was inside the containment structure all the fluids lost were recovered.
