      <spill_desc>The spill was caused by equipment failure; a coil failed on a separator causing approximately 90 bbls of produced water mixed with glycol to spill on location. The spill was contained inside the pad perimeter berm. 80 bbls of spilled fluid was recovered with a vacuum truck.  The entire release was contained within the pad berm. None of the fluids left the location.  </spill_desc>
