Move packer uphole to 7256 ft, pump injection test of 2.5 bpm at 29 psi. Pump 48.5 bbls, 275 sks, 17.0 ppg cement to squeeze MV 7 and MV 8, followed by 29 bbls of displacement, hesitation squeeze for 1 hr. Attempt to remove packer, stuck. Cut tubing at 6384’, and POOH with 206 jts tubing. Unsuccessfully jar with overshot, mill tubing, run coiled tubing inside 2-3/8” tubing until CT mud motor got stuck. Well shut in with stuck packer at 7256 ft, and 16.1 jts tubing with top of fish at 6776 ft, RBP set at 8300 ft, and cement in casing from 8300 ft up to top of fish. Pressure test casing to 1500 psi, failed, possible casing leak at approx 6770’.
