Halloway 0.0 The following is a procedure to drill out existing cement plugs and re-plug in order to properly isolate the Mertens 1-19 well. Re-Plug and Abandon Procedure 1. Notify COGCC at least 48-hours prior to the start of operations. See approved Form 2 for exact contact information. 2. MIRU Bayou Rig. Mob-in pump, swivel, tank, and 2-7/8" workstring. NU 7-1/16" 5K BOP w/ 2-7/8" pipe rams on top and blind rams on bottom, function test BOP. PU bit & TIH on 2-7/8" tubing. 3. Drill out existing cement plugs down to 288'. 4. Clean out to top of Niobrara Formation @ 5,500'. See also Attachements of Replug & Abandon Procedures. Thank you 5. MIRU cement equipment. Set 200' balanced plug @ 5,500'. Let cement cure overnight. 6. Tag TOC with EOT. 7. PU to 800' FS and set 200' balanced plug. Let cement cure overnight. 8. Tag TOC with EOT. 9. PU to 288' FS and set cement plug to surface. 10. Cut off WH to 5' below GL and fill hole. 11. Weld on cap with plugging information plate. Backfill cellar. 12. RDMO rig and equipment. 13. Take GPS coordinates of well location.
