SDFN. 2/17/09 - Well dead this a.m. Unland 4 1/2 casing. RIH w/126 jts of 1 1/4 work string for total of 4000'. Condition hole. SDFN. 2/18/09 - Break circulation and hook up BJ Srvcs. Batch up and pump 175 sx (43 bbls) of 13.4 ppg f/ 4000' to 3200', pull pipe. Batch up and pump 250 sx (127 bbls) of 11 ppg cement f/ 3200 to 800' in two stages, pull pipe. Batch up and pump 220 sx (52 bbls) of 13.4 ppg cement f/ 800' to surface. Rig down BJ Srvs. Reland 4 1/2 casing. 2/19/09 - Pressure test casing to 1000 psi. Bled down to 800 psi in 10 min and holds. RIH open ended and tag sand @ 6813' (top of RBP). POOH. RIH w/3 5/8" bladbit and scraper; tag @ 6813'. Circulate hole for 1.5 hrs, no signs of drilling mud or cement. POOH & SDFN. 2/20/09 - RIH w/3 5/8" retrieving head and tag @ 3283'. POOH w/head; found head was split. Used 4 1/2" collar w/fit perfectly. Casing is 4 1/2" 15.10# per ft ID 3.826, drift 3.71, grade unknown. SDFN. Wireline work in a.m. 2/21/09 - RU IPS wireline and w/CCL tool and sinker bar total length 17.71, total weight 75 lbs, O.D. 2.13 and find casing parted at 3230'. Casing came out of collar. PU CBL tool and run log from 3200' to surface. Have cement to surface. RD IPS. RIH w/218 jts of tubing out of derrick and hang off. RDMOL. Thread was being aborted.
