Set CBP at 6,097’. Perforate 2 squeeze holes at 5,458’. CBP at 6,097’ is leaking, set additional CBP at 5,974’. Pump injection test. RIH and set retainer at 5,360’. Sting into retainer and pump 20 bbls spacer, 300 sks of 15.8 ppg lead cement with 50 sks tail cement. Sting out of retainer and reverse clean tubing. Shut well in and wait on cement. Run CBL from 5,350’ to 1,250’ and new TOC is at 3,850’. Pick up bit, casing scraper and tubing and tag cement at 5,350’. Drill cement retainer and cement to 5,422’. Tagged tight spot at 5,422’. Unable to make hole, POOH with bit and found 2 cones missing. RIH with magnet and retrieve missing cones. RIH with blade mill and mill from 5,422’ to 5,480’. Pressure test squeeze holes to 1000 psi. Did NOT pass. Lost 50 psi 1 min, 100 psi 2 min, 200 psi 5 min. MIRU Halliburton cement crew. RIH with tubing to 5,514’. Pump 5 bbl spacer, 50 sks 15.8 ppg cement. POOH with 15 stands and pump squeeze. Shut well in, wait on cement. Pick up bit, casing scraper and tubing and tag cement at 5002’. Drill cement to 5437’. Pressure test casing to 1000 psi. Test good. Drill cement from 5,347’ to 5,490’. Pressure test squeeze holes to 1000 psi, test good. Drill out CBP at 5,974’ and 6,097’. Continue to drill out frac plugs, land tubing at 7,481’ and turn well to production. Attached is the CBL from the squeeze. Total cement pumped: 350 sks 15.38 ppg, 50 sks 17 ppg. Thread was being aborted.
