Identify any safety concerns and discuss prior to beginning job. 3. MIRU pulling unit. Blow down well. 4. POOH w/ tubing and plunger. 5. MIRU wireline crew. MIRU cementers. 6. PU 10K CIBP and set @ 7500’ (92’ above Jsand Perfs). Spot cement plug on CIBP to 7400’ (8 sxs – 50’ fill) 7. RIH w/ squeeze guns. Shoot 4 squeeze holes at 4580’. 8. RIH w/ tubing and cement retainer. Set retainer at 4530’. Sting into retainer. Pump 200 sxs (volume of 1000’ annular fill). Sting out of retainer and spot 1 bbl cement plug on top of retainer. 9. POOH w/ tubing. 10. RIH w/ squeeze guns. Shoot 4 squeeze holes at 935’. 11. RIH w/ tubing and cement retainer. Set retainer at 885’. Sting into retainer. Establish circulation. Pump until cement at surface. Sting out of retainer and cement 885’ to surface in casing. 12. Cut off casing 4’ below ground level and weld on plate. (NOTE: Follow OSHA trenching rules and shoring guidelines to cut casing). 13. Remove surface equipment and abandon flowlines as per Rule 1103.
