The Mesaverde section will be plugged from PBTD to top perforation, with resulting TOC at 5950'. Based on CIT results, additional plugs will be set over zones with >40% casing loss, extending from 50' below to 50' above the bad casing. Wasatch zones will be tested before final plugging: 1136-46’, 1232-52’, 1316-30’, 1426-42’, 1620-40’. If zones determined non-commerical, a cement plug will be spotted from 1000' to 1700'. An attempt will be made to circulate cement in the annulus between the production and surface casing. A minimum of 100' will be left in 5 1/2' casing over the shoe interval. If it is not possible to circulate to surface, production casing will be cut and pulled at 100' and a stub plug will be set in accordance to OO#2.
