I certify that all conditions in the original permit are the same except property line distance has been corrected and other typographical errors and our casing program has been updated. A new plat has been attached because altough SHL lat/longs have not changed, there was an error concerning footages on the original plat. Also the most recent directional plan is attached because although BHL has not changed from last permit, the TD is incorrect on permit. There have been no other changes to land use, well construction or lease. This well is being re-filed under the old rules and does not require a Form 2A because this pad is built, there will be no expansion of the pad or additional surface disturbance, and this location is not in a RSO area.
