REPORT OF THE COMMISSION
This cause came on for hearing before the Commission on June 17, 1985 at 9:00 A.M., in Room 110 State Centennial Building, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado, after giving Notice of Hearing as required by law, on the Commission's own motion, to consider the rescinding of Order No. 326-1 for the Prospect Field, Weld County, Colorado.
FINDINGS
The Commission finds as follows:
1. Due notice of the time, place and purpose of the' hearing has been given in all respects as required by law.
2. The Commission has jurisdiction over the subject matter embraced in said Notice, and of the parties interested therein, and jurisdiction to promulgate the hereinafter prescribed order.
3. On July 18, 1977 the Commission authorized Order No. 326-1 to be issued which established 160-acre drilling and spacing units for the production of gas and associated hydrocarbons from the "J" Sand underlying the following described lands in Weld County, Colorado, to-wit:
Township 1 North, Range 62 West, 6th P.M. Sections 5 thru 8: All Sections 17 thru 20: All Sections 29 and 30: All
4. Since the remaining well in Section 30 is in a depletion stage and the wells in Sections 5 and 6 are part of the Roggen Field to the north, and in order to promote future development, Order No. 326-1 is no longer necessary and should be rescinded and the lands described hereinabove should be made subject to the general rules and regulations of the Commission
ORDER
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that Order No. 326-1 for the Prospect Field, Weld County, Colorado, is hereby rescinded and operations in the area, as described in Finding 3 herein, shall be governed by the general rules and regulations of the Commission.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, that the provisions contained in the above order shall become effective forthwith.
