Ownership:

• The type of ownership of minerals within the path of the wellbore

  • if not fee provide lessors number

• Type of ownership at surface location

• Is the surface owner also the mineral owner? (ask your landman)

  • If No
    • Submit the surface agreement if there is one, or
    • Provide a surface bond (Rule 703)
