1/23/2012 | This well is a normal "J" Sand test that will be drilled to approximately 7000'. The
location is not in a critical Wildlife, Water or Sensitive area as described in the Rules.
The location and road will be built using standard practices and following the rules of the
Storm Water Management Plan on file, General Permit COR- 030000, Certificate #
COR03D207. The terrain is very level so no large cuts will be needed to level the
location. A conventional drilling rig will be moved in and the well drilled following the
plans submitted on form 2. If open hole logs indicate production, casing will be run and
cemented in place. The zone of interest will be perforated and sand fractured as needed.
All formation fluids during completion procedures will be contained in tanks and
properly disposed of Production equipment will be placed at the location and all berms
and containment systems will be installed. Well production will proceed in a safe and
orderly manner with all produced fluids properly contained and disposed of.
