12/01/2020 | The variance of Rule 1004.a. c. (2), requested for the portion of access road that extends 930’ east to the location is denied. This road appears to dead end at the location and there is a visible surface owner road approximately 300 ft. south which travels southeast.
The variance request of Rule 1004.a. c. (2), requested for the cattle guard and access road which travels 4510’ north to the HSR-ROZEMA #4-26A location is approved.
The following conditions of approval are applied to the reclamation variance:
COA #1 - Continue to monitor and manage the access road for erosion control and weed control until final reclamation is passed.
COA #2 - All corrective actions identified on a field inspection report must be performed by the corrective action date until final reclamation is passed.
COA #3 - All road sections not associated with the variance as described above remain subject to COGCC 1000 series rules.
COA #4 - The location and all associated oil and gas disturbances not included in this variance request remain subject to COGCC 1000 series rules. |
