3) Comply with Rule 321. Run and submit Directional Survey from TD to base of surface casing. Ensure that the wellbore complies with setback requirements in commission orders or rules prior to producing the well.

Engineer | Form: (06 ) 401256119 4/17/2017 | 1) Prior to starting plugging operations a bradenhead test shall be performed. If the beginning pressure is greater than 25 psi, or if pressure remains at the conclusion of the test, or if any liquids were present contact COGCC Engineer for sampling requirements. The Form 17 shall be submitted within 10 days of the test.
2) Provide 48 hour notice of plugging MIRU via electronic Form 42.
3) Properly abandon flowlines as per Rule 1103. File electronic Form 42 once abandonment complete.
4) Tag CIBP at 7930’ and place two sacks of cement on CIBP to properly abandon J-sand perfs. If CIBP is not tagged where expected contact COGCC Engineer for an update to plugging orders. Production casing stub plug is also surface casing shoe plug. After pumping stub/shoe plug, shut down and wait on cement at minimum 4 hours; verify gas migration has been eliminated. If evidence of gas migration or pressure remains contact COGCC Engineer for an update to plugging orders. Plug must be tagged at 633’ or shallower. Leave at least 100’ cement in the wellbore for each plug. |
