Verify coverage with cement bond log. 3) Comply with Rule 321. Run and submit Directional Survey from TD to base of surface casing. Ensure that the wellbore complies with setback requirements in commission orders or rules prior to producing the well. |

07/08/2016 | 1) Prior to starting plugging operations, a bradenhead test shall be performed. If any pressure remains at the conclusion of the test or any liquids were present contact COGCC Engineer for sampling requirements. The Form 17 shall be submitted within 10 days of the test.
2) Provide 48 hour notice of plugging MIRU via electronic Form 42.
3) Properly abandon flowlines as per Rule 1103. File electronic Form 42 once abandonment complete.
4) For stub plug, the cement plug is required half-in (50’ below, inside the casing) and half-out (50’ above) the casing stub. Tag top of cement plug to verify that TOC is at least 50’ above the casing stub. |
