2) If unable to pull casing contact COGCC for plugging modifications.
3) For 1280' plug: pump plug and displace, shut-in, WOC 4 hours and tag plug – must be 581’ or shallower.
4) Properly abandon flowlines as per Rule 1103. File electronic Form 42 once abandonment complete.
5) Please submit gyro survey data with Form 6 (s) Subsequent Report of Abandonment. |

2) Properly abandon all flowlines as per Rule 1103. File electronic Form 42 once abandonment complete.
3) Operator shall implement measures to control unnecessary and excessive venting, to protect the health and safety of the public, and to ensure that vapors and odors from well plugging operations do not constitute a nuisance or hazard to public welfare.
4) Bradenhead samples were collected 01/12/2018. Submit copies of all final laboratory analytical results to the COGCC within three months of collecting the samples.
5) After pumping squeeze, shut down and shut well in at minimum 8 hours; verify gas migration has been eliminated. If evidence of gas migration or pressure remains contact COGCC Engineer for an update to plugging orders. |
