04/11/2014 | Note changes to plugging procedure:
1) Provide 48 hour notice of plugging MIRU via electronic Form 42.
2) For 4990’ plug: pump plug and displace, shut-in, WOC 4 hours and tag plug – must be 4360' or shallower. Leave at least 100’ cement in the casing for each plug.
3) For 1100’ plug: pump plug and displace, shut-in, WOC 4 hours and tag plug – must be 570' or shallower, provide minimum 10 sx plug at the surface.
4) Properly abandon flowlines as per Rule 1103. File electronic Form 42 once abandonment complete.
