2) Properly abandon flowlines as per Rule 1103. File electronic Form 42 once abandonment complete.
3) Please submit gyro survey data with Form 6 (s) Subsequent Report of Abandonment.
4) Stub plug is also shoe plug, this plug must be tagged at 1017’ or shallower. Leave at least 100’ cement in the wellbore for each plug. |
