Verify cement coverage from bottom of production casing to at least 200' above
Niobrara.
2) Comply with Rule 317.p and provide remedial cement from current TOC to 6670' (NBRR) if current TOC is below that point. Also provide remedial cement from 4720'-4160' (SUSX) and 760' - 50' above surface casing shoe (Fox Hills). Verify coverage with cement bond log.

2) Please provide the most recent CBL referenced in the plugging procedures, which is not on file with the COGCC.
3) Provide an “As Plugged” wellbore diagram identifying the specific plugging completed.
4) For the surface casing shoe plug, if not circulated to surface, tag plug and it must be at least 490’ or higher.
5) If unable to pull casing contact COGCC for plugging modifications.
6) Properly abandon flowlines as per Rule 1103.
