08/04/2017 | NOTE: Changes in plugging procedure - previously set bridge plugs are not required to be drilled out - plugging may proceed with placing cement on exisiting 6220' RBP and proceeding with approved plugging procedure. Pending CBL, additional plugs at 555' and 275'(perf and pump 50 sx).
1) Provide 48 hour notice of plugging MIRU via electronic Form 42.
2) Properly abandon flowlines as per Rule 1103. File electronic Form 42 once abandonment complete.
