07/08/2014 | Note change in plugging procedure:
1) Submit Form 42 electronically to COGCC 48 hours prior to MIRU.
2) No CBL on file. Run CBL to verify primary cement provides sufficient coverage over Sussex. If TOC deeper than 4030' contact COGCC for plugging modifications.
3) Move CIBP w/2 sxs @ 4830' to 4200' to isolate Sussex zone which is productive in this area.
4) If unable to pull casing contact COGCC for plugging modifications.
5) If maintain circulation do not need to tag stub plug @ 3824'.
6) For 723' plug: pump plug and displace, shut-in, WOC 4 hours and tag plug – must be 623’ or shallower. If shoe plug not circulated to surface then place 10 sx inside casing at surface. Leave at least 100' for each plug.
7) Properly abandon flowlines as per Rule 1103. File electronic Form 42 once abandonment complete. |
