12/19/2013 | Plugging Procedures:
1. Continue RIH, cleaning out with drilling mud or water to 3000'
2. TOOH with cone bit, drill collars, and 2 7/8" tubing
3. RIH with perf gun, bottom squeeze perf @ -3000', TOOH
4. RIH wi cement retainer, set 100' above bottom squeeze hole, TOOH
5. RU cement crew, sting into retainer pump 100 sx 13.5 ppg FracCem cement
6. TOOH with cement tools
7. RIH with perf gun, bottom squeeze perf @ 760', top squeeze perf@ 50S', TOOH
8. RIH with cement retainer, set 100' above bottom squeeze hole, TOOH
9. RU cement crew, sting into retainer pump 92 sx 13.5 ppg FracCem cement cover water well depth and aquifer
10.TOOH with cement tools, SI for several hours to allow cement to harden, Tag cement to verify TOC
11. RU cement crew and pump 60 sx of 15.8ppg Class G "neat" cement from TOC bringing cement to surface
12. POOH with 2 7/8" tubing. Wait 4 hrs, and tag TOC. If cement has fallen, top off back to surface
13.Let cement set over night, verify cement has not settled and is still at surface. RDMO
