2) At least once a year shut in bradenhead for a minimum of 7 days or until the pressure reaches the bradenhead threshold and perform a bradenhead test. Report results on a Form 17, as specified in Rule 420 or other Director approved submittal method.
3) If the bradenhead pressure exceeds 25 psi, contact the ECMC to discuss low top of cement remediation or gas sampling options
