04/17/2014 | (1) Notify COGCC Engineering staff if any liquid discharges are observed during periodic bradenhead pressure blowdown.
(2) Direct and contain any bradenhead liquid flows into a tank, and handle, store, treat, and/or dispose of liquid in accordance with COGCC 900-Series rules as Exploration and Production Waste.
(3) Within the next 3 months, no later than 7/17/2015, perform a formal Bradenhead Test. Notify COGCC Engineering staff 10 days prior to commencing the following activities: 1) Record shut-in bradenhead pressure, 2) Blowdown bradenhead pressure and record blowdown time and observations, 3) Shut-in bradenhead valve to allow a 7-day pressure build, 4) Complete a Form 17 and perform the bradenhead test at the end of the 7-day period (COGCC must witness the test), 5) submit a Form 17 electronically in eForm within 10 days after the test. |
