gas from the bradenhead annulus as determined through diagnostic testing and evaluation, the Operator will provide a PMP with the Form 4, including a description of the Operator’s findings from the previous 6 months, number of times the well was blown down, a current WBD and future plans for more frequent monitoring or testing, pressure mitigation, or remedial well work by 4/25/2022
3) Comply with any CDPHE, Air Pollution Control Division rules or requirements for all atmospheric discharges.
4) Complete a Form 17 Bradenhead test upon completion of diagnostic work |
