Black Raven may be required to perform additional investigation and/or remediation activities if future conditions indicate that contamination is present that exceeds COGCC standards, or if COGCC final reclamation standards can not be met.
When Black Raven believes that vegetation in the remediation area has reached at least 80% cover compared to undisturbed areas, it can submit photos via a Form 4 Sundry with a request for a final reclamation inspection. |
